Shipping policy

When will my order ship?
- We currently operate by a pre-order ONLY system. Pre-orders will last two weeks and production time will take about 2-3 weeks after that depending on external factors such as supplier shipping speed and the printing process speed. 

What if my package was damaged, stolen or lost?
- Outer Rim Outpost is not held responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Once the package is delivered to the post office, it is out of our hands and the mail carrier is held responsible. 

Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes we do. If you do not see shipping available for your country, contact us and we will be able to help you out! 
Customers are responsible for all customs & duties fees.
