Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we currently do NOT offer refunds. However, we have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to ship it to us in the case it's damaged or you receive the wrong item. Please make sure to check the sizing guide if you're unsure about the fit. Feel free to email us at info@outerrimoutpost.com for any questions at all.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, contact us at info@outerrimoutpost.com with your receipt and reason for exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. If we do not receive the original purchase you're exchanging then you will be charged for the exchange piece as well.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling fees of all returns. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in the event an item is sent back to us.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can solve the issue as quick as possible for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
